The Correlation Between Adsense Revenue and Web Traffic

I have been observing my blog's own traffic againts other bloggers and I'm seeing that profiting through blog is really a numbers game.

Yes I could follow Google's hot spot map so that my ads get noticed.
But I could not really control what my visitors would do.

There are always exceptions to rules, but generally,
it is the amount traffic that will dictate how profitable our blogs can be.
